This item recycled the useless pine bark and increased their value, accord the continuable development disciplinarian. IntroductionThe raw material of this project is shrimp and crabs shell. This project removes protein by enzymatic instead of traditional chemical technology and restore protein with high efficiency. It helps to develop chitosan thickener, thus it solves the problem of alkali emissions to the environment with chemical method. The project utilizes dual functional enzyme to process directional controllable modification to chitosan, and combine isolation and purification technology to get chitosan, which has stable performance, concentrated polymerization degree and clear structure. This project also combines stability technology to develop high performance food supplement product and etc.

项目简介:本项目是农业科技成果转化资金项目,其核心技术为该公司自有专利技术。该产品是利用海南特有的大量热带农产品资源,椰子水、菠萝汁等为原料来发酵生产细菌纤维素,并对其进行深加工,此项产业填补了国内空白。该项目规划建设1个示范性生产基地,和年产3万吨细菌纤维素发酵生产线,以及2条细菌纤维素深加工生产线。项目实施后,可将在传统的椰子深加工中废弃的大量椰子水利用起来,变废为宝,大大增加了椰子的产品附加值,可促进海南热带水果椰子、菠萝等种植业的发展,对农民增收和增加就业有显著意义,社会经济效益显著,同是对于环保也具有重要意义。

Project NameThe new pattern bacterial cellulose products’ pilot-scale test and industrial demonstration

IntroductionThis is an agricultural transformation of sci.& tech achievements fund project. The bacterial cellulose products mentioned in the project were newly developed by a company who holds key patents of bacterial cellulose products. The products are made of Bacterial cellulose produced by Acetobacter xylinum with a culture midium which consists of coconut water and pineapple juice, etc. This patented technology has filled the domestic blank. In the programme, a demonstrative production base and a fermented production line producing bacterial cellulose with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons, besides two production lines for further processing are under the programme. After the implementation of the programme, plenty of coconut water once discarded in traditional coconut deep processing would have been saved and increased the value of the coconut greatly by turning waste into wealth. That can promote the development of tropical fruit plantings in Hainan, and increase the employment and the income of farmers. Accordingly, the social economic benefits are prominent, and it is also significant to the environmental protection.Up to the present, this project has already finished the pilot-scale test, and the demonstrative production base is now under constructing.

IntroductionThe project is based on the intake and type of Chinese dietary fatty acid investigationas well as the proportion of ω-6 to ω-3. In order to achieve the nutritional balance, we selected ten kinds of base oil such as soybean oil and corn oil, added DHA as functional soluble factor while maintaining nutritional balanced ratio ofω-6 to ω-3. As we known, edible oils is an indispensable material as daily dietary, which is the best carrier of accumulating DHA gradually for human being. Therefore, we developed a novel comprehensive technology of UV packaging and antioxidation. It can prevent DHA being oxidized and lost; ensure the edible security of nutritional balance oil, meanwhile increasing the stability of light and heat.

The development and manufacture of functional nutrition balance oil are able to improve additional value of oil crops and oil products. Besides, this product will drive the development of functional oil industry with enormous economic and social benefits. And it also can provide more functional nutrition balance oil to enhance the level of food culture and health for the public.

Project NameNew Technology of Highly Active Marine Biology Oligosaccharide Industrialization

IntroductionThe technology of the oligosaccharide project is from the CHN patent “preparation of low molecular weight chitosan by radiation plus sensitization degradation” (Pat. No. ZL200610113538.9) firstly invented by Prof. Maolin Zhai of Peking University. It is industrialized by Xiamen Blue Bay Science&Technology Co., Ltd. In order to prepare the high-quality chitosan oligosaccharide with lower molecular weight and concentrated molecular weight distribution, sensitizer is added to the raw material solution in the process of γ-ray degradation, and special membranes purification, film-coated and high-temperature spray drying is successively used in the post-treatments. The project achieves large-scale preparation of the high-quality chitosan oligosaccharide with environment protection and high efficiency, and provides an important raw material for the human functional food.

After the implementation of this project, it will provide the market with a safe and effective functional food with the function of inhibiting tumor, lowering blood sugar, decreasing uric acid and improving the human immunity, directly created high economic value, meanwhile benefit the people.
