3、项目名称:辣椒红色素提取、脱胶新技术研究与应用

项目简介:该公司根据目前国内外辣椒红素产品市场需求和生产技术水平,与印度最大的香精香料生产商新赛德公司合作,联合新疆石河子大学和红安生物工程技术中心组成技术研发小组,针对新疆辣椒原料的特点,对辣椒红色素生产的关键工艺技术进行研究创新,在辣椒红色素萃取、去除胶质物方面取得了实质性的突破。

1.在现有辣椒红色素加工传统单一溶剂萃取的技术基础上,研究采用复合溶剂萃取新技术,从辣椒颗粒中萃取色素,色价得率可达95%以上,缩短浸出时间30%(加工12吨辣椒颗粒,单溶剂萃取需要5小时,复合溶剂萃取只需要3.5小时以内,可以达到同样的效果,传统单溶剂萃取5小时后残余色价是0.4以上,复合溶剂萃取3.5小时残余色价是0.4以下),进而降低物耗50%(加工每吨颗粒,溶剂消耗由原来的30kg降至15kg)、能耗20%(加工每吨颗粒,煤耗由180kg降至150kg;电耗由135度降至110度),并实现提高产品得率3%以上。

2.在溶剂法去除果糖、果胶、蜡质等传统工艺基础上,根据相似相溶原理,研究开发水化脱胶、去糖的新工艺。在辣椒红色素萃取过程中部分果糖、果胶类物质被一并提取出来,虽然这些物质并不影响辣椒红色素的性质,但会导致其外观粘稠、流动性差,最终影响市场售卖和使用效率。采用新工艺加工,可以有效去除红辣素中的果糖、果胶、蜡质等物质,改善红色素品质,不溶物由20%以上降至2%一下,沉降物由25%降至2%以下;产品色泽明亮、流动性好、无肉眼可见杂质。

    1.on the basis of existing the capsicum red pigment processing traditional single solvent extraction technology, the study used the composite solvent extraction of new technologies, extracted from the pepper particles of pigment, the color value of the yield up to 95% and shorten the leaching time of 30% (the process 12 tons of pepper particles, single-solvent extraction takes five hours, the composite solvent extraction only takes 3.5 hours, you can achieve the same effect, the traditional single solvent extraction of the residual color value after 5 hours is more than 0.4, the composite solvent extraction of 3.5 hours of residual color value 0.4 below), thereby reducing material consumption and 50% (processing per tonne of particles, the solvent consumption from 30kg down to 15kg), energy consumption 20% (processing per tonne of particles, coal consumption decreased from 180kg to 150kg; power consumption drop from 135 degrees to 110 degrees), and to achieve to improve product yield above 3%.

And for our team, we have the original and independent intellectual property rights on the cryoprotectant technology of frozen dough and manufacturing of the key equipment of controlling pre-fermentation of frozen dough. Among this, we develop the textural reconstruction technology, LAB (lactic acid bacteria) sour dough fermentation technology,frozen dough cryoprotectant technology and ice crystal controlling technology, and technology of optimizing fermentation process, which fill the domestic blank in frozen dough study, and reached the international leading level.

项目简介:本产品是该院开发出的新一代蔗田除草剂,是由苯氧羧酸类、三嗪类、脲类3种不同类型的除草剂混配而成,本品适用于甘蔗田,主要用于防除一年生禾本科、莎草科及阔叶杂草,如马唐、牛筋草、稗草、千金子、狗尾草、胜红蓟、乌蔹莓、日本草、青葙、梁子菜、三叶鬼针草、铁苋、黎、空心莲子草、香附子、碎米莎草等。对多年生杂草也有一定的抑制作用。一次用药可控制甘蔗整个生长期的草害。

项目简介:本项目于20122月通过广西科技厅验收。该项目特点:

1.项目建成了国产化荔枝原汁和荔枝浓缩汁生产线1条,实现了机械化去皮去核连续生产,平均处理荔枝原料能力达到10t/h以上。

2.荔枝原汁和浓缩汁出品率分别达到2.014.01,荔枝原汁褐变指数小于0.3,荔枝浓缩汁褐变指数小于0.4;较好保持荔枝汁原有色泽。

3.项目对荔枝果汁加工技术与装备的突破改变了我国荔枝深加工落后的现状,为荔枝工业化生产提供了技术支持,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
