项目简介:针对高浓有机工业废水处理,开发上流式多级厌氧反应器,好氧处理系统、上流式多相废水处理氧化塔以及剩余污泥处理系统。

上流式多级厌氧反应器:集分级处理技术、流化床技术和污泥颗粒化技术于一体,在厌氧微生物的的作用下,将废水中的高浓有机物转化为生物质能源--沼气,沼气送入发电站发电,产生的电力可重新返回生产流程。广泛应用于高浓度有机废水的处理。

好氧处理系统:将厌氧反应器的出水流至曝气池,经过好氧微生物的降解进一步去污染物,好氧系统曝气所用的动力也由沼气发电提供,大大降低了污水站的运行成本。

上流式多相废水处理氧化塔(UHOFe)UHOFe融合了流化床技术、异相氧化技术和载体覆膜技术,利用芬顿试剂对废水中的难生化降解的COD进行深度氧化降解,广泛应用于难生化降解的废水处理。

污泥高温水解消化工艺:MeTHAD高温热水解-厌氧消化技术,通过预处理提高污泥可生化性和工艺稳定性,可在大中型污水处理厂污泥处理处置中广泛运用。

Project Name: High concentration organic industrial wastewater treatment system

Introduction: Our technologies are specializing in high concentrated industrial waste water. We have self-developed Upflow Multiphase Anaerobic Reactor (UMAR), Aerobic system, UHOFe reactor, Fenton Reactor and sludge treatment system.

    Upflow Multiphase Anaerobic Reactor: UMAR integrate treatment technology of level separating, fluidized bed and sludge grain technology. Organic of the high concentration wastewater is decomposed by the anaerobic microorganisms, changed into biomass energy---biogas, biogas then sent to the power stations, electricity generated can be returned to the production process. This technology is widely applied in treatment of high concentrated organic wastewater.

    Aerobic treatment: the effluent from anaerobic reactor will flow into aeration tank for further bio-degradable treatment of pollutants. Power of the aeration provided by the biogas power generation, greatly reduces the running costs of the sewage station.

 Upflow Multiphase wastewater treatment oxidation tower (UHOFe): UHOFe integrate treatment technology of the fluidized bed, different phase oxidation and carrier coating, Fenton reagent deeply oxidize the COD which is difficult degraded by biochemical, have been extensive applied in difficult biochemical degrade of wastewater.

Sludge high temperature hydrolysis and digestion process: MeTHAD high temperature hydrolysis--anaerobic digestion technology, can increase biodegradability of sludge and stable the process by pretreatment, can be widely used to treat sludge in large and medium-sized sewage treatment plant.

The digestion period is 25% shortened, digestion tank cost reduced

Biogas production is 25-37% increased, system energy self-sufficiency

The sludge is 60% reduced, end cost saved

High-quality solid organic fertilizer obtained

项目简介:针对机械设备运转过程中普遍存在的摩擦、磨损问题,桂林伟文纳米材料有限公司开发出纳米复合润滑自修复系列产品。实际设备考核表明,应用纳米复合自修复产品对发动机处理后,可在短时间内在各种金属摩擦副表面形成牢固坚韧的金属/陶瓷纳米自润滑、自修复梯度保护层,使摩擦副表面摩擦系数降至0.005以下,大幅减轻机件摩擦负荷,降低摩擦温度15度以上,使发动机输出功率提高10%~30%,节省燃油5~32%,降低发动机噪音,减少车辆的有害气体排放30~50%,大幅减少车辆的维修、部件的更换次数。此外,将纳米复合自修复产品应用于其他耗电耗能设备,根据设备工作方式的不同节省能源消耗为3%~18%,并且使维修周期延长25倍,从而大幅降低了维修保养成本和设备停机造成的损失。纳米复合自修复产品具有显著的节能、环保效果!

Project Name: Nano-Metal Composite Self-repairing Lubricants

Introduction: Aimed at the common problem of friction, wear and tear of machinery, Wyman Nanomaterials developed a series product of Nano-Metal Composite Self-repairing Lubricants. The actual applications indicate that engines after processed by Nano-Metal Composite Self-repairing Lubricants, a Solid tough metal/ceramic nano self-lubricating, self-repairing gradient protective layer can be formed on the surface of kinds of metal friction counterparts. Following coefficient of friction of the friction counterparts is dropped below 0.005. Then the mechanical friction load is significantly reduced, and friction temperature is reducing more than 15 degrees. Therefore, output power of these engines will increase between 10% and 30%,and fuel will be saved between 5% and 32%.Moreover, noise of engines are decreased and harmful gas emissions of vehicles are decreased between 30% and 50%.Finally,times of maintenance and parts replacements of vehicles are also decreased subsequently. In addition, when Nano-Metal Composite Self-repairing Lubricants used in other power consuming equipment, energy-saving is between 3% and 18% according to the work ways of the equipment, and the maintenance cycle will be extent between two and five times. Thereby cost of maintenance and loss caused by equipment downtime are significantly decreased. Nano- Metal composite self-healing products have significant energy-saving and environmental effects.

Introduction: With 987 wheat variety and 60 wheat mini-core collections coming from the globe separately taken as recurrent parent and donor, we have constructed a large amount of leading-in formations carrying with given desirable characters, and initially built up the mini-core introgression lines that are being used in the wheat molecular recurrent breeding.

The establishment of introgression lines is the first step on setting up wheat molecular recurrent breeding system, as well as the basis of further discovering and positioning the gene loci and genetic network associated with wheat quantitative characters. The spread and application of wheat molecular recurrent breeding system would bring the wheat breeding in our country into the world advanced level.
