亚太商会和工业联合会简介

TheConfederationofAsia-PacificChambersofCommerceandIndustry(CACCI)isaregionalgroupingofapexnationalchambersofcommerceandindustry,businessassociationsandbusinessenterprisesinAsiaandtheWesternPacific、Itisanon-governmentalorganizationservingasaforumforpromotingthevitalroleofbusinessmenintheregion,increasingregionalbusinessinteraction,andenhancingregionaleconomicgrowth.Sinceitsestablishmentin8966,CACCIhasgrownintoanetworkofnationalchambersofcommercewithatotalnowof28PrimaryMembersfrom26countriesorindependenteconomies.ItcutsacrossnationalboundariestolinkbusinessmenandpromoteeconomicgrowththroughouttheAsia-Pacificregion.CACCIisanon-governmentalorganization(NGO)grantedconsultativestatus,Rostercategory,undertheUnitedNations.ItisamemberoftheConferenceonNGOs(CoNGO),anassociationofNGOswithUNconsultativestatus.

AmongthebenefitsofmembershipinCACCIarethefollowing：

2、促进中小企业-WithitsSMEDevelopmentProgram,CACCIhopestoencourageitsmemberstoparticipatemoreactivelyintheimportanttaskofnurturinganddevelopingtheentrepreneurialandmanagerialclassintheirrespectivecountries.

3、宽范围的网络-ParticipationinthevariousprojectsofCACCIwillprovidememberstheopportunitytoexpandtheirreachinAsia-Pacificbyestablishingcontactswiththebusinesscommunitiesoftheregion.

5、参与CACCI培训计划-MembersareinvitedtoparticipateinthevarioustrainingprogramswhichCACCIregularlyconductseitheronitsownorincooperationwithotherinternationalorganizationsandmemberchambers.

5、在产品和服务委员会交互-MembershipinCACCIallowsparticipationintheactivitiesofthevariousProductandServiceCouncils(PSCs)oftheorganization.PSCsarebusinessgroupingsorganizedalongproductorservicelineswithaprimaryobjectiveofpromotingbusinesscooperation,personalcontacts,andtechnologytransfer.

6、访问的网络业务帮助中心-CACCImembershaveaccesstoanetworkofBusinessAssistanceCenters(BACs).BACsareoperatedbyPrimaryMembers,withtheassistanceofCACCI,tohelptheirownmembersandforeignbusinessmenwhoareexploringorplanningtodobusinessintheirrespectiveareas.

4、AccesstoCACCIpublications–CACCIpublishestheCACCI概要文件,itsmonthlynewsletter,andtheCACCI工商业杂志》上,abi-annualpublicationwhichfeaturespapers,speeches,andotherarticlespertainingtoissuesaffectingtheregionaleconomy.

CACCIundertakes,amongothers,thefollowingactivitiesinordertoachieveitsobjectives:

8、年度会议-CACCIholdsAnnualConferencestodiscussregionaleconomiccooperationmeasuresandtodistillandcrystallizebusinessviewpointsandideaswiththeaimofachievingeconomiccooperationanddevelopmentintheregion.Theseeventsprovidememberstheopportunitytomeetandacquaintthemselveswithotherbusinessleadersforconfidencebuildingandbusinesscontacts.

9、与政府机构联络-CACCIliaises,throughitsmembers,withgovernmentbodiesconcernedinthepromotionoflawsandregulationsconducivetoregionaleconomiccooperation,andsubmitstorelevantregionalandinternationalbodiespositionpapersarticulatingitsviewsoncurrenttradeandinvestmentissuesofconcerntothebusinesssector.

88、通过产品和服务委员会交互-CACCIencourages,throughitsvariousProductandServiceCouncils,personalcontactsamongbusinessmenoftheregion.ProductandServiceCouncilsrefertoregionalbusinessgroupingsorganizedalongproductandservicelineswhichaimtopromotebusinesscooperation,personalcontactsandtechnologytransfer.Meetingsofthesegroupingsserveasamarketplaceforbusinessmatchingactivitiesandasaforumforsolvingcommonproblemsofthoseinthesamelinesofbusinessorservice.

与国际和地区组织的联系-CACCIcollaborateswithotherinternationalandregionalorganizationsworkingfortheeconomicprogressoftheregionandtheworld.TheseincludetheUnitedNationsanditsvariousagencies,theInternationalChamberofCommerce,theWorldChambersFederation,theEurochambers,theWorldTradeOrganization,theAsia-PacificEconomicCooperation(APEC)forum,theASEANChambersofCommerceandIndustry,andtheSAARCCCI,amongothers.

82、培训项目-CACCIconducts,eitherbyitselforincooperationwithotherorganizationsandothermemberchambers,trainingprogramstoimprovethemanagementstructureandservicesofmemberchambersandtheirlocalconstituencies.

83、特殊的学习和研究做准备-CACCIcarriesout,throughtheSecretariatorotherreputableresearchinstitutions,specialstudiesandresearchesinvariousfieldsofeconomicactivitiestohelpsolveproblemsaffectingregionalcooperation,toadvocatepositionsoncertainissues,ortodevelopprojectsdesignedtopromoteandachievetheobjectivesofCACCI.

85、网络的业务帮助中心-CACCIprovidesitsmembersaccessintoanetworkofBusinessAssistanceCenters(BACs).BACsaresetupandoperatedbyPrimaryMembers,withtheassistanceofCACCI,tohelptheirownmembersandforeignbusinessmenwhoareexploringorplanningtodobusinessintheirrespectiveareas.BACshelpin:

(a)arrangingmeetingsorcontacts;

(b)settingappointmentswithgovernmentofficials;

(c)providingatemporaryofficewithstaff;

(d)servingasforwardingaddressandmessagecenter;

(e)providinginformationservices;and

(f)extendinguseofbusinessfacilitiesandequipmentasmaybeneededatcost.
