I was with 3/9 at an hoa when kilo co went to regroup. I stayed and went with 2/5 I was wit 2/5 untill april. I was a machine gunner 0331 there was an other marine that went with 2/5 with me his name was morras he to was a 0331. My ser# 2249414. I have PTSD and find it hard to remember any one and that hurts me very much. I was in country for 13 mo and walk out with a purple heart. but like most of us never been the same. I'm married have children and grand kids, but most of the time i stay by my self. I go to the VA once a week to a group like me. Its hard to beleve i was there in 66&67 I should be greatful i made it and lived so long, but I cant seem to. it's guilt I'm here and there not, I'm sorry for going on. I'de like to say hi and God bless to all my brothers out there.

I believe, if my memory serves me correctly, that I served in An Hoa Vietnam just outside of DaNang, in Echo 2/5. This was from 2/13/70 until I got hit on 6/25/70.
