He also worked as a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural Panama implementing a gravity-fed water system. Charles is passionate about infrastructure development and cleantech. His summer internship was at Pacific Gas and Electric, where he worked on the Transmission Project Development team to implement software solutions to improve project execution processes.
