弗吉尼亚理工大学中国学生学者联谊会 (Association of Chinese Students and Scholars at Virginia Tech，简称 VT-ACSS)，成立于 80年代，是一个在弗吉尼亚理工大学官方注册的学生组织，其会员为所有在册的 VT华人学生学者及其家属。目前 ACSS是弗吉尼亚理工大学最大的国际学生社团，拥有华人学生学者及其家属 1000余人，也是全美最大的中国学生学者组织之一。弗吉尼亚理工大学良好的学校声誉以及联谊会人数众多的会员，使联谊会在美国东海岸华盛顿地区华人华侨 和留学生中拥有比较大的影响力；而每年举办的许多精彩的活动，也使其成为弗吉尼亚理工校园里一个相当活跃的学生组织。

每年联谊会组织的若干大型活动吸引了来自周边地区各大学校的留学生和华人华侨。例如每年联谊会自编自导的中秋和春节大型晚会很受华人社区的欢迎，每 次活动 都超过 600人参加，并得到了整个华人社区乃至整个黑堡社区的支持和帮助。除了每年的晚会之外，联谊会平时还注重组织各色文体社交活动来丰富大家的课余生活，例 如电影放映，卡拉 OK，以及休闲运动等等。联谊会内大家自发组织的各种球类俱乐部也非常活跃。联谊会的 “中国龙足球队 ”在美国东部华盛顿地区的华人足球比赛中，多次夺得冠军，影响力很大。联谊会执委会 (VT-ACSS Board)负责联谊会日常工作的组织和管理。执委会由主席，副主席，秘书长以及各部门部长组成。执委会每年都进行民主公开的换届选举，及时补充新鲜血 液，使得执委会每年都充满了干劲和活力。
