项目简介:酒精发酵液处理是糖业界一个公认的世界难题。该院就甘蔗种植区土壤养分循环及酒精发酵液处理的有关技术问题进行了研究,根本上解决了一直困扰甘蔗糖厂酒精发酵液对环境的污染的问题,实现污染物零排放,清洁生产,保护环境。

20105月止,广西、云南、广东各蔗区累计推广应用糖蜜酒精发酵液喷淋面积共730.4万亩,解决了酒精发酵液的污染问题,提高了资源利用率,降低了甘蔗生产成本,提高了土壤肥力,保护了环境,同时提高了甘蔗产量和品质,增加了农民收入,使蔗糖业成为可持续发展的“循环经济”。施用酒精发酵液可增加糖产量,提高糖厂利润,具有较社会、经济和生态三重效益。

 in Sugarcane Fields

IntroductionThe processing of vinasse from sugar mills had become a recognized problem in China even in the world for a long time. Aiming to solve this problem, the scientific research team, headed by Prof. Yangrui Li, conducted studies on soil nutrient cycling and vinasse application technologies in sugarcane planting areas. With the research achievements, the environmental pollution caused by vinasse has been basically solved, and non-pollutant emission from sugar mills has been realized.

By the end of May 2010, the total application area of vinasse reached 486,933ha. in sugarcane planting areas of Guangxi, Yunnan and Guangdong Provinces ,etc. By successfully applying vinasse to sugarcane fields, the environment has been protected from vinasse pollution, and the cost of sugarcane production has reduced greatly, while the soil fertility has been improved with higher yield and better quality of sugarcane and sugar, besides, the income of farmers and sugar mills have been increased. Thus, the application of vinasse in sugarcane field has made cane sugar industry a sustainable recycling economy.
